My professional background is in insurance, where I have managed both personal and commercial accounts. Helping others and providing a great customer experience is what I enjoy most, so I am excited to join the team at InventoryLab as a Customer Champion! In my free time, I enjoy all kinds of arts and crafts, playing video games, and snuggling my dogs. I am also really into Roller Derby, where I play for my local league’s charter team. In early 2020, it was my honor to be chosen to represent my home state of North Carolina in the Battle of the Allstars national tournament. “NC, Raise Up!”
I am a retired Army Warrant Officer and former software developer with a few commercial apps behind me. I've been doing FBA since December 2014. I love doing RA but since starting with InventoryLab, OA is where it's at for me. I am passionate about the Quality of our software and that is where my focus is within InventoryLab. My spare time is spent around our family, flying my Hexacopter, keeping our landscaping up to par and strumming a few chords on my guitar.
I'm a code junkie, mediocre volleyball player, and lover of anything outdoors. You're just as likely to find me in front of my monitor coding as you are to find me in the nearby mountain hot springs. I've chased my passions across the country and they're what ultimately brought me to InventoryLab; I've never been so pumped to be part of a team.
My wife jokes that I'm like a shark that has to keep swimming to breathe. Since I'm bad at sitting still, I like to spend my time wearing out my joints running long distances, brewing beer, thinking about brewing beer, building various things, coaching sports, traveling, or learning something new in a conversation, book or podcast.
I've been in technology for around 20 years and I'm inspired by companies that make great products that make the world better. I'm inspired to be a part of the InventoryLab team.
I live in beautiful Minnesota (Skol Vikings!), sharing adventures with my lovely wife of 20+ years and two uniquely awesome children.
I was born and raised at the base of Mt Hood, so lived in Oregon my entire life until my wife Franco and I hit the road as full time RVers in 2016. Former 9-1-1 Dispatcher and a lifelong Dallas Cowboys, Texas Longhorns, and New York Yankees fan. By default I'm also an Oregon Ducks fan since our daughter attended college there. Currently living in Tulsa, OK as part of Tulsa Remote, but we plan on renewing our road warrior status once our time ends here in Tulsa. I love movies, playing Xbox, reading, camping, and fishing among other things.
I ran a small antique business and spent over 10 years in the payroll SAAS world juggling support, staff management/mentorship, training and project management before coming to InventoryLab. I am a huge foodie and wine lover. In my spare time, I love cooking/baking, planning my next travel adventure, and refurbishing vintage/antique finds.
I am a Spartan (Go Green!) from the Motor City (Detroit, MI) where I worked for Amazon before joining the InventoryLab team! I live for reading and writing, I love to cook and bake, and I'm an avid gamer and anime watcher. Regardless of my hobbies I spend a greater majority of my time watching animated movies and singing songs with my two little ones.
I grew up in a family full of creative types. My mom is a designer, my dad is an illustrator, two of my brothers are designers and my uncle owns an ad agency. To say design is in my blood is putting it extremely lightly. I am constantly seeking ordered solutions to complex problems—you might even call it an obsession. I focus on making sure that the design and user experience of InventoryLab's products are truly great for our users. At home, I'm surrounded (literally) by a fantastic wife, eight little ones, five dogs, three cats, four goats, four pigs, a llama, three alpacas, a dozen or so chickens—and a partridge in a pear tree. We work hard and play harder in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia.
Based in North Carolina, I've spent the first 11 years of my career in high-production, fast paced kitchens, but I am looking forward to transferring my on-the-fly troubleshooting and teamwork skills to the InventoryLab crew! Outside of work, I'm most likely to be found exploring a park or trail, especially on roller skates. I also enjoy listening to my many favorite podcasts or playing music loudly while cooking and baking. I make a mean tiramisu!
I'm excited to join InventoryLab and bring my experience to the very passionate team. As an experienced software developer, I have spent my whole career writing software and managing projects and people from small startups to big corporations. I enjoy learning new technology and finding ways to apply what I learn to solve new challenges. While I'm not working hard with continuous improvement at work, I am hard at work and play with my wife and family enjoying sports and the outdoors.
Growing up in Idaho on a farm, I cultivated a strong work ethic and a desire to learn new things that I carry with me today in the Boise ‘burbs. From coding to building a shed from scratch (thanks YouTube), I’m always ready to tackle a project and learn a new skill set or solve complex problems. When I’m not working, I can often be found in front of my pellet smoker looking after delicious smoked meats, riding through fresh powder at Bogus Basin, or spending time with my wife and our two pups. I am excited for what my career with InventoryLab will bring.
I'm thrilled to join the InventoryLab team as a UI/UX designer! Before discovering my passion for design and switching career fields, I worked as a financial analyst in corporate banking. I love using creativity and analytical thinking to build awesome digital experiences for users. When I'm not working, you can find me hiking, camping, cooking Sicilian food, or watching the Green Bay Packers. At home I have an amazing wife named Leah and a Great Dane named Dave who is bigger than both of us.
I was selling on Amazon off and on for years and finally decided to dive into selling full time. I knew I needed an accounting solution because I do.not.do.math. I signed up for InventoryLab and loved what I saw. I decided to help out on Facebook and answer questions just for fun and before long I was on the payroll. When I am not working I am usually posting the shenanigans of my children on social media in order to embarrass them when they are teens, or going on some sort of road-trip/hiking/new playground adventure. We also love traveling, especially if we can go to a good sushi place.
A New York native and sports fanatic, I've worked for the New York Mets, the United States Tennis Association, and Madison Square Garden. I have 7 years of experience in customer service and over 4 years in nonprofit work. I love helping others and collaborating with passionate and driven people. In my free time you'll find me trying out new restaurants, traveling the country, reading novels, baking, and spending time with my amazing husband and daughter.
I have spent most of my career working to improve the products used at my jobs. I fell naturally into the BA role as I continued in my IT career because I love breaking down complex problems and working directly with users. I love Eric Raymond's approach to development, and one of my life highlights was getting to meet him at FOSSCON in Philadelphia. Outside of work, I love to read (especially First Contact Sci-fi), garden, and play board games and D&D with my friends. I live in upstate New York with my partner, who is himself a software engineer, and our beautiful tuxedo cat, Boots.
Originally hailing from the heart of Los Angeles, I grew up with a love for music and for video games. Aside from that I have a passion for all things pertaining to computers, both in a hardware and software capacity. I was formerly a networking specialist with a well known company that makes one of the most widely used operating systems.
I've been a proud, card-carrying nerd my entire life. I've always loved learning how things work, solving problems or puzzles, and tinkering with basically any tech or gadget I can get my hands on. I love helping people, and I've been in the customer service field for over a decade. In my off-time you can likely find me gaming, poorly attempting to play the bass guitar, or fiddling with whatever new device and/or hobby has my attention at the time.
I'm excited to be a part of this very passionate and responsible team, while fully embracing the challenge of developing the best possible product we can. When I'm not working on the backend, I love watching pro soccer and basketball, and I'm always ready for a high energy discussion about who's the best scorer or who's the best defensemen.
I have more than 5 years of software development experience. I am familiar with multiple languages, databases, frameworks and so on, and am very interested in gaining new skills and knowledge. Before I became a member of InventoryLab team I worked in Tokyo, Japan for about 4 years and at the IBM Ningbo site. When I'm not working, I usually play PC games at home, watch movies, or go hiking outside.
I was born and raised in North Carolina. For 8 years, I worked at Best Buy in Geek Squad and in customer service. Solving difficult situations is something I really enjoy. I am excited to be a part of the InventoryLab team! In my off time, I love spending time with my family, especially my daughter. I also love to travel. I've been fortunate enough to visit France, Spain, England, Honduras, and Mexico, and am looking forward to visiting more places off my bucket list. Other hobbies of mine include sports (hockey and football) and metal-smithing, where I make jewelry.
I’m so excited to be part of the team at InventoryLab. I was born near Chicago where I spent my childhood, but I was raised in the south in the likes of Georgia, Tennessee, and Louisiana before coming back to Chicagoland where I started my career in software development shortly after college. I’ve had the opportunity to work for a small 3PL logistics software firm and a large global financial asset management firm, garnering 14 years of development experience before joining InventoryLab. I’m always up for a good challenge, and I love building things with code. My wife and I are always learning how to be parents as we raise 4 awesome and crazy boys. When I’m not working, I enjoy playing drums, hanging out with friends, catching up on my favorite shows, going to the movies, trying to play golf, and going for that next win at pool league.
I am an experienced customer service professional who is passionate about helping people find solutions. I have extended experience in retail management, so I consider myself an expert when it comes to looking outside of the box to solve a problem. When I am not working, I spend my time with my wonderful husband, son, and twin daughters. I relax by crocheting cute hats, singing, and watching tv - sometimes simultaneously!
I am pretty much exactly what I look like - a regular indoor kid that's been rockin' in the free world long enough for his nephews to consider him old. Ever since I graduated from college all the way back in the Pleistocene Epoch I've been happily banging away at computers, and I'm truly excited to now bring those skills to the InventoryLab family. I like games of all kinds, so when I'm not engaged in the aforementioned banging on computers, you'll generally find me...well, banging on computers, but this time with a control pad, though I will occasionally travel to the top of the nearest table to give my thumbs a break.
Before InventoryLab, I was a full time eBay and Amazon seller, spending too much time on logistics and day to day repetitive tasks while selling online. I started InventoryLab for my own needs and soon realized how many others would benefit from its ideas. When I'm not engaged in developing new features for users, you will find me rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs, plotting fantasy football domination, and cleaning my pool with Zen-like concentration so my three children can enjoy it all summer long.
I was born and raised in Upstate New York and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. When I'm not working, I live to spend time with my husband and two kids, regularly curse the day I became a Chicago Bears fan and write fiction that will likely never see the light of day. I plan my entire year around each season of The Walking Dead, the start of football season, and Halloween.
I'm a true geek with over 10 years of programming experience, having been widely involved in web and enterprise application development in multiple languages. My recent interest is cloud and distributed system research. Being a father, I love to spend my spare time with my family, watching basketball, and dreaming of traveling the world.
I was born and raised in Milwaukee (go Bucks, Packers, and Brewers!). After spending 5+ years working in software for the state government, I decided to make the jump to the private sector and join the InventoryLab team! In my free time, I enjoy making music, playing and watching soccer (go Gunners!), reading historical nonfiction, watching complete garbage TV, and learning new languages (8年間日本語を勉強しました。) I love traveling the world, and made it to the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup final in France to see the US Women's soccer team win the championship.
I'm originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but for over eight years now I've been waking up near Portland, Oregon. I suppose that means I can call this my home now! While I started to program in high school, I chose a decade of exploration across the US over picking a career, and it's only in the past few years that I finally dove back into software development. I could not be more grateful to have the opportunity to work in a field where I find the job both fun and full of mental challenges to grow from. Some of my other interests include mythology and spirituality, the Great Outdoors, cultural exchange, storytelling, and video games.
I am a west-coast native, turned full-time nomad with a serious case of wanderlust. Helping people solve problems is one of my most favorite things to do, and I am thrilled to be joining the team at InventoryLab! My background in education taught me the importance of creativity, compassion, and connection. When not traveling, you can find me perusing used bookstores to add to my Alice's Adventures in Wonderland collection, learning something new about holistic health, or hiking with my husband and our black Labrador, Vader.
Hi there! My name is Austin and I'm super excited to be joining the team here at InventoryLab. I am 26 years old and live in Fort Smith, AR. I have a wife and two beautiful daughters ages 1 and 3. I also referee NCAA Women's Basketball, so I tend to stay pretty active and busy both mentally and physically. While I'm not working you can either catch me enjoying family time, playing the guitar, or maybe even some video games.
I used to be a developer at a large company where I did dull work everyday. InventoryLab rescues me from that type of repetitive, mindless work. I focus on front-end development, trying my best to resolve challenges and make our website more beautiful and faster while keeping up to date with the latest technology. Working with this awesome team keeps me excited, and helps me to grow faster as a developer. When I'm not working, I love to play table tennis or go shopping. Pop music is my favorite, and I like coding with music playing throughout the day.
I am so excited to be part the InventoryLab team! I love helping others and have always worked in customer service and administrative support roles. Other things I enjoy include quality time with my active duty husband, gaming, sushi, pilates and exploring beautiful Colorado.
